Yes. Afflio uses PayPal as a payout rail for international partners and accepts PayPal payment webhooks for conversion tracking.
How do PayPal purchases attribute to a partner?+
When a PayPal payment webhook arrives, Afflio resolves the partner from the click cookie or promo code and creates a commission, using an idempotency key so retries aren't double-counted.
Which partners should I pay via PayPal?+
PayPal is well suited to international partners; for India, Afflio also supports RazorpayX bank transfers.
