A native WooCommerce plugin is on the Afflio roadmap and not available yet. You can still run an affiliate program on WooCommerce now by sending order events server-to-server and attributing with per-partner promo codes.

A WordPress plugin that hooks WooCommerce orders and coupons into Afflio automatically is planned but not shipped yet. This page will update when it's live.
Today: server-side order events
Send a purchase event to Afflio from WooCommerce's order hooks or your backend with an idempotency key, and Afflio attributes the sale.
Today: per-partner promo codes
Give each partner a WooCommerce coupon and a matching Afflio promo code so coupon-led sales attribute correctly until the plugin ships.
