Cancelling
Cancel from billing at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for, then the workspace drops to the free plan rather than locking. Your data stays.
Refund window
Full refund within 7 days on monthly plans and 14 days on annual, no questions asked. Refunds return to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Lifetime plans
The lifetime tier carries the same 14-day window. After that it is non-refundable, which is the trade for the price.
What is not refundable
Money you have paid your own providers — your carrier, email host, WhatsApp or AI vendor — is between you and them. We never touch those charges.
