Most-specific scope wins
When a call hits voicemail, Autocloz resolves the drop in this order: the campaign's drop (if set), the agent's drop (if set), the workspace default. This lets ops set a general drop and let star agents override with their own personalised version — without overriding it for every campaign.
Why the audio quality matters
Autocloz validates uploads with magic-byte verification (MP3 ID3/sync, WAV RIFF/WAVE, OGG OggS, MP4/AAC ftyp/ADTS). 10MB hard cap. SHA-256 content hash for deduplication. A bad file is rejected at upload, not at playback time.
