What does it cost to join?

How much do I earn?

You earn 30% of what your referred customers actually pay us, for 12 months — on every paid plan, for 12 months per customer. It is a share of real revenue received, not a flat bounty per signup.
When exactly does a commission become mine?

When the customer's payment has cleared into our account and the 30-day refund window has passed. Until then the amount shows as pending in your dashboard. We do not pay commission on an invoice that has not been paid.
How and when do I get paid?

Payouts run monthly. The minimum payout is ₹5,000 (or $60 for international partners); below that your balance rolls over rather than expiring. We pay by Bank transfer (INR), UPI, PayPal.
What happens if a customer refunds or charges back?

The commission is reversed. If it has already been paid to you it is deducted from your next payout. This applies to refunds, chargebacks, payment reversals and confirmed fraud. We will always tell you which referral it relates to.
What if a customer downgrades or cancels?

Your commission follows what they actually pay. A downgrade reduces future commission from the next billing cycle; a cancellation ends it. Commission already earned on cleared payments is not clawed back for a later cancellation.
How long does the tracking last?

90 days from the click. If someone clicks your link today and signs up 75 days later, it is still your referral.
Does the tracking survive ad blockers and Safari?

Largely, yes — and this is unusual. The signup and the purchase are each confirmed by a server-to-server postback rather than relying only on a browser cookie, so attribution is not lost when a visitor's browser blocks or clears tracking. No system is perfect, but this removes the most common way affiliate credit disappears.
The product is free — how do I earn anything?

The free CRM tier is what gets your audience in the door with no friction. You earn when a referred account upgrades to a paid plan for higher send volume, the AI sales agent, voice or white-labelling. In practice a free product raises the number of people who ever sign up, which is the hard part.
Can I refer myself or my own company?

No. Self-referrals, referrals to companies you control, and accounts created to claim your own commission are not eligible and will be reversed.
Can I bid on your brand name in paid ads?

No. Bidding on "Autocloz" or close variants, or running ads that imply you are us, is not permitted — it competes with our own traffic rather than adding any. Paid ads on generic category terms are fine.
Can I offer my audience a discount?

Talk to us first. We can set up a partner-specific offer where it makes sense, but posting a discount we have not agreed to (or to a coupon site) is not permitted.
What can get me removed from the program?

Misrepresenting what the product does, spam, trademark bidding, incentivised or fake signups, and self-referral. We will tell you what happened and why. Commission already earned on legitimate, cleared referrals is still paid.
Who do I contact about a specific referral?
