The Sales OS

One system for the whole sales motion

A Sales OS runs the entire sales motion in one system instead of a CRM stitched to a sequencer, a dialer, a LinkedIn tool, a scheduling link and a sales-room product. Autocloz is that system: a free-forever CRM with email, calling, LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp, a carrier-grade dialer, booking pages, deliverability tooling and a compliance gate — every touch written against the same lead timeline, on plans that are never priced per seat.

The modules — and what each one replaces

Status is stated on every row. 11 of 13 are live today; the rest are behind feature flags and rolling out. Where a live module has a real limit, it is printed on the row rather than left for you to discover after signing up.

Replaces: A seat-priced sales CRM

Contacts, companies, deals, tasks and custom fields, with every channel's activity on one lead timeline. Free forever, and never priced per seat.

Replaces: A separate sales-engagement platform

One sequence builder across email, calling, LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp, with waits, branches and a pause-on-reply rule that applies across all five.

Replaces: A cold-email tool plus a separate warmup vendor

Unlimited mailboxes with rotation on paid plans, a 21-day warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC monitoring and inbox-placement tests — in the same product that sends.

Replaces: A cloud phone system

Dialer, IVR, voicemail drops and recordings on your own carrier account — Telnyx, Twilio, DIDLogic or FreJun — with rates passed straight through and no per-minute markup.

Replaces: Three more point tools

LinkedIn with an adaptive safety ramp, A2P 10DLC-aware SMS, and WhatsApp gated on Meta-approved templates — each a step in the same sequence, not a separate login.

Replaces: A spreadsheet and hope

TCPA checks, a DNC list, quiet hours computed in the recipient's timezone, and DLT registration for India — enforced before a touch goes out, with a readable reason on every skip.

Replaces: Five inboxes and a tab problem

Every reply across all five channels in one Unibox, attached to the lead and the deal it belongs to.

Replaces: A standalone scheduling tool

Free booking pages with two-way Google/Outlook sync, Zoom, Meet or Teams links, race-proof double-booking protection, reminders and reschedules — every meeting filed against the lead.

Replaces: An AI SDR subscription

Define an ICP once and it keeps finding matching leads and enrolling them. Autonomous EMAIL outreach works out of the box on your own mailboxes.

The AI VOICE-call leg is config-gated — you must enable Voice Autopilot, connect an active voice agent and add a call step. It is not on by default and does not cold-call automatically.

Replaces: A paid answering service

A missed call to your number triggers an instant text back with your message and booking link, and captures the caller as a tracked lead.

Missed-call text-back and lead capture are live and need a live inbound number. A voice agent that ANSWERS the phone and qualifies the caller is roadmap, not shipped.

Replaces: A standalone meeting-notes tool

Turns a call transcript into CRM data — a structured summary, action items and a follow-up drafted in your voice, filed on the lead timeline. The draft is for human review, never auto-sent.

You bring the transcript. A bot that auto-joins live Zoom, Meet and Teams calls to capture it is on the roadmap and not available yet.

Deal Rooms

Rolling out

Replaces: A digital sales room subscription

A personalised buyer microsite per prospect at a public link, with an ROI case, an embedded booking step and open tracking, kept beside the lead and deal.

Behind a feature flag and rolling out gradually, so availability can depend on plan and workspace.

Replaces: Copy-paste template packs

Install a proven multi-channel cadence in one click — steps, wait days and channel mix, not just copy — or publish your own.

Dark-launched behind a feature flag (off by default). Credit rev-share for creators is live; cashing credits out for money is roadmap.

Sales OS questions

What is a Sales OS?

A Sales OS is a single system that runs the whole sales motion — the CRM record, outreach across every channel, the dialer, scheduling, compliance and reporting — instead of stitching a CRM to a sequencer, a dialer, a LinkedIn tool, a scheduling link and a sales-room product. The practical difference is that the lead timeline is complete, because every touch was made by the same system that owns the record.

How is that different from a CRM with integrations?

Integrations sync records after the fact, so the CRM learns what happened when a nightly job tells it. In a single system the send, the call, the reply and the meeting are written against the lead as they happen, and a rule like pause-the-sequence-on-reply can act across channels immediately. It also means one bill and one set of limits instead of five.

Which parts are actually shipped?

11 of the 13 modules on this page are live today. Deal Rooms and the Playbook Marketplace sit behind feature flags and are rolling out gradually. Two live modules carry limits worth reading: the AI SDR's voice-call leg is config-gated rather than on by default, and the AI receptionist does missed-call text-back today while a voice agent that answers the phone is roadmap.

Does consolidating actually cost less?

It depends on what you are replacing. The saving is not only the licence count — it is that carrier minutes and AI tokens are billed to you directly by those providers at their rates rather than marked up, and that no plan is priced per seat. The honest way to check is to price your current stack line by line against a single plan.

Can I start with one part of it?

Yes, and it is the sensible way in. Run one channel — usually email — on the free plan while your existing tools keep running, and add channels as you go. The gain from consolidation shows up later, when a LinkedIn reply and an email reply land in the same inbox against the same lead.

Replace the stack, not just the CRM.

Every channel, the compliance gate and the CRM are on every plan — including the free one. No per-seat pricing.
