The free CRM your whole team can actually use
Autocloz is a free-forever CRM — ₹0 a month, no credit card, no trial clock. The free plan carries up to 5 users, 100,000 contacts, the full pipeline with deals, tasks and custom fields, up to 10 email mailboxes with 21-day warmup, free booking pages, and all five outreach channels — email, calling, LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp — each with a daily send limit. You upgrade when your send volume outgrows those daily limits, not when a timer runs out, and no plan is priced per seat.
What you get on the free plan
The right-hand column is Autocloz. The middle column describes what free tiers in this category typically do — not any one named product, because free-tier caps change without notice and we will not state a competitor limit we cannot stand behind.
| What matters | Typical free CRM | Autocloz free plan |
|---|---|---|
| Time limit | A 14- or 30-day trial, then a paywall | None. Free forever, no credit card |
| Seats | Free tiers commonly cap at 1–2 seats, then charge per seat | Up to 5 users on free — and unlimited users on every paid plan |
| Contacts | A few thousand records before an upgrade prompt | 100,000 contacts and companies |
| Pipeline | Often full on free — this is where free CRMs are strongest | Full pipeline, deals, tasks and custom fields |
| Outreach channels | Sending is usually the paywall: email volume is capped and calling, LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp are separate products | All five channels on the free plan — email, calling, LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp — each with a daily limit |
| Mailboxes + warmup | Warmup is typically a paid add-on or a separate vendor | Up to 10 mailboxes with the 21-day warmup included |
| Scheduling | A separate booking tool with its own per-seat price | Booking pages with Google/Outlook sync and video links, included |
| AI | Metered credits you top up | Bring your own OpenAI/Anthropic key — you pay the model provider directly, with no per-credit metering |
| What upgrading buys | Unlocking features you were locked out of | Higher daily limits, more contacts and governance — never a channel you were locked out of |
Why it can be free
We don't resell your sending
You connect your own carrier for calls and SMS and your own mailbox provider for email, and you pay those providers directly at their rates. Autocloz takes no per-minute or per-message markup, so the CRM does not have to subsidise a margin on your traffic.
We don't resell AI
AI runs on your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Groq key. There are no AI credits to meter, top up or expire, which removes the other line item most CRMs use to make a free tier pay for itself.
Volume is the upgrade, not features
Every plan carries the CRM and all five channels. Plans differ on how much you may send per day, how many contacts you hold, and the governance a larger team needs. That is why the free plan can be genuinely usable rather than a demo — the paid plans start at ₹1,999 a month when your volume outgrows it.
Where the free plan stops
Stated plainly, because a free plan that hides its edges wastes your time and ours.
The free plan carries up to 5 users. Unlimited users start on the paid plans — there is no per-seat price on any plan, free or paid.
Up to 10 email mailboxes on free; unlimited mailboxes and sender rotation are a paid feature.
Each channel has a daily send limit on the free plan. Raising those limits is the reason to upgrade.
Carrier costs (calls, SMS, WhatsApp) and AI model costs are yours, billed by those providers directly — on every plan, including the paid ones.
The AI Sales Agent, custom workflow automation and audit-log export sit on the higher plans.

Free CRM questions
Is Autocloz's CRM really free forever?
Yes. It is a free plan, not a trial — there is no clock on it and no credit card at signup. It carries up to 5 users, 100,000 contacts, the full pipeline with deals, tasks and custom fields, up to 10 email mailboxes with warmup, booking pages, and all five outreach channels with daily limits. You upgrade when your send volume outgrows those limits, not when a timer runs out.
What's the catch with a free CRM?
The usual catch is that free tiers cap the thing you actually came to do — sending — or charge per seat so the CRM gets more expensive the more of your team uses it. Autocloz's limits are daily send volume, contacts and mailboxes, all of them stated on the pricing page. Carrier and AI costs are yours because you hold those accounts directly, which is a large part of why the CRM itself can be free.
Do you charge per user?
No plan is priced per seat. The free plan covers up to 5 users; every paid plan includes unlimited users. You pay for how much you send, not for how many people can see the record.
Does the free plan include calling, LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp?
Yes. All five channels are on every plan, including the free one, each with a daily limit. Upgrading raises the limit — it never unlocks a channel you were locked out of. You bring your own carrier for calls and SMS, so those rates are paid to the carrier rather than marked up.
What happens to my data if I never upgrade, or if I cancel a paid plan?
Nothing is held hostage. You stay on the free CRM with your contacts, pipeline and history intact, and you can export everything to CSV or JSON at any time.
Is a free CRM good enough for a real sales team?
It depends on volume, not on team size. A team of five running a normal outbound cadence fits inside the free daily limits comfortably; a team pushing high daily send volume across many mailboxes will hit them and should be on a paid plan. Seats are never the reason to upgrade here.
Start on the free CRM. Upgrade only when your volume says so.
No credit card, no trial clock, no per-seat price. All five channels are on every plan, including this one.
