Autocloz for your role
Autocloz is a free-forever sales CRM with email, calling, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp and scheduling in the same login, and these pages describe what that looks like for six different jobs. The product is identical in each: what changes is which part of it carries the weight — outreach volume for a rep, pipeline visibility for a manager, consolidation and compliance for a sales leader.
Founder selling between standups, business owner chasing every lead, or a sales manager running a team — you get the same thing: email, calling, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp, scheduling and a CRM in one login. Free forever, unlimited users.
Which of these pages should you read?
The split is by what you are accountable for, not by company size. If you are the one personally sending the outreach — a founder doing founder-led sales, an owner handling every enquiry, a rep or SDR working a list — the pages that matter cover getting volume out without wrecking deliverability, and keeping every reply in one inbox instead of five apps.
If you are accountable for other people’s numbers, the same product is read from the other end. A sales manager cares about activity and pipeline visibility and being able to listen back to a call for coaching; a VP Sales or CRO cares about collapsing a multi-vendor stack into one bill, enforcing DNC and quiet hours centrally, and getting a forecast that is weighted rather than guessed. Two co-founders splitting the selling mostly need one shared pipeline neither has to ask the other about.
None of these are different plans or different editions. Every channel and the CRM are on every plan, including the free one, and users are unlimited — so if the role you actually do sits between two of these pages, read both; nothing you see on one is withheld from the other.
