Stop stitching 6 tools. Run outbound on one platform.
Smartlead + Aircall + HubSpot + LinkedHelper + a custom dashboard — that's the median 2026 outbound stack. Autocloz collapses it to one login. Email, call, LinkedIn, SMS, WhatsApp, prospecting, deals, analytics — bring multiple providers for each channel.
The pain stack
What teams in this shape stop tolerating once they switch.
The tool sprawl tax
Six SaaS subscriptions billed in USD. Five logins to keep current. Four point-to-point integrations that break every quarter. Three weeks of onboarding for every new hire. Every one of those is a tax on the actual job — getting prospects on the phone.
The data fragmentation tax
When email lives in Smartlead, calls in Aircall, LinkedIn in PhantomBuster, and notes in HubSpot, no agent has the whole picture. Connect rates suffer because the rep can't see which DID was last burned. Reply-rates suffer because the agent doesn't know if the lead already replied on LinkedIn yesterday.
The pricing tax
$99/seat × 6 tools × 5 reps = $35K/year before you've sent a single email. Half of that is markup on USD pricing for an Indian or global team. Autocloz is bundled — typical SDR teams cut tool spend by 60–80%.

Frequently asked
We already use HubSpot — do we have to leave?▾
No. Autocloz exports to HubSpot via webhook (and accepts HubSpot lead-source webhooks). Most teams keep HubSpot as system-of-record for closed deals and run prospecting + outreach on Autocloz.
How fast can we migrate from Smartlead / Instantly?▾
Mailbox onboarding is bulk: paste 50-100 SMTP creds and the wizard runs the OAuth/SMTP handshake in parallel. Lead import is a CSV. Most teams are sending from Autocloz inside 24 hours.
What about our existing phone numbers?▾
If they're on Telnyx or DIDLogic, just paste the API key — Autocloz syncs the inventory automatically. If they're somewhere else, port them to Telnyx in 7-14 days.
