Do you charge per user / per seat?+
Never. Every plan, including Free, includes unlimited users — invite your whole team. Paid plans differ on outbound volume (mailboxes, sends), channels, AI and governance, not headcount.
INR or USD?+
Either. Pick at the top of this page; we bill in your selected currency. INR via Razorpay (UPI, NetBanking, cards) — USD via Stripe (cards). GST / sales tax added at checkout.
What does the 50% annual discount look like?+
Pay 6× the monthly rate to cover 12 months. We charge once, you keep access for the year. Renews automatically; cancel any time before the next renewal to stop.
How does AI billing work?+
AI is bring-your-own-key. Connect your own OpenAI, Anthropic or Groq key and use AI without limits — you're billed directly by your provider, and no plan bundles or meters AI credits. Optional managed credit packs are available if you'd rather not bring a key.
Are all channels included on every plan?+
Yes. Email, calling, LinkedIn, SMS and WhatsApp are included on every plan, including Free. Plans differ only by the per-day limit on each channel — you scale the limits, you never unlock the channel.
What if I cancel a paid plan?+
You keep access through the end of your billing period, then drop back to the free CRM — your contacts, pipeline and history stay intact. Export everything to CSV / JSON any time.
