TL;DR
- The core CRM is free forever — no card, no charge, cancel by simply not upgrading.
- You can cancel a paid subscription anytime from Settings → Billing (or by emailing us). It will not auto-renew after the current period.
- New paid subscriptions have a 7-day refund window (14 days for annual plans) — full refund, no questions asked.
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Consumable AI credits and usage that has already been delivered are non-refundable.
Plans & billing
Autocloz offers a Free plan and paid plans (Growth, Pro, Scale) billed monthly or annually. Payments are processed securely by our payment partners (Razorpay and PayPal). Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
Some channels carry pass-through usage costs from third-party providers you connect (carriers, AI providers, email infrastructure). Those are governed by your own account with that provider and are outside the scope of this policy.
How to cancel
- Self-serve: go to Settings → Billing in your workspace and choose Cancel subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep paid access until then.
- By email: write to contact@gigde.com from your account email and we'll cancel it for you, usually within one business day.
After cancellation your workspace automatically reverts to the Free plan — your data is retained and remains accessible; only the paid features are switched off.
Refund eligibility
- New subscriptions: if you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment on a monthly plan, or within 14 days on an annual plan.
- Duplicate or accidental charges: refunded in full whenever they occur — just contact us.
- Service failure: if a billed feature was unavailable due to a confirmed fault on our side for a sustained period, we'll refund or credit the affected portion.
- Mid-cycle cancellation: outside the refund window, the current period is not pro-rated, but you keep access until it ends and are not charged again.
AI credits & add-ons
AI credits and similar consumable add-ons are refundable only while unused, within 7 days of purchase. Credits that have already been consumed (e.g. AI replies generated, enrichment performed) are non-refundable because the underlying provider cost has already been incurred.
Refund timeline
Once a refund is approved, we initiate it immediately. The amount is returned to your original payment method via the same payment partner used for the purchase (Razorpay / PayPal). It typically reflects in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to request a refund
Email contact@gigde.com from your account email with your workspace name and the payment reference (or the date and amount). We respond to every refund request within 2 business days and tell you clearly whether it's approved and when to expect the funds.
Non-refundable items
- Billing periods that have fully elapsed and were used.
- AI credits / usage already consumed.
- Third-party / pass-through provider charges billed to your own carrier, AI, or email accounts.
- Requests made outside the applicable refund window, except duplicate charges or confirmed service failures.
