Run 50 client workspaces, not 50 tool subscriptions.
Autocloz for agencies gives every client its own workspace, with separate mailboxes, leads, sequences and phone numbers, and lets one agency login switch between them. Every query is scoped to the workspace it runs in, so a client's data, sending reputation and numbers stay apart from every other client's.
Agencies that run outreach for clients often spend more on tooling per client than on people. In Autocloz each client is a separate workspace with its own mailboxes, leads, sequences and numbers, and your team moves between them from one login. Plans are billed per workspace, in INR.
How does an agency set up clients in Autocloz?
Each client is a workspace. You create one from the workspace menu, and the person who creates it becomes its owner. From there you invite the client's account manager and, if the client wants visibility, the client's own staff, with a role that limits what they can change. Because paid plans include unlimited users, the invite list is decided by who needs access, not by licence count.
Sending infrastructure belongs to the workspace too. The client's mailboxes, phone numbers and WhatsApp number are connected inside that workspace only, which means one client's bounce rate or spam complaints never touch another client's sending reputation. The best CRM for agencies guide covers why that separation matters more than any single feature.
How do you onboard 30 mailboxes for a new client?
Collect the SMTP and IMAP credentials, paste them into the bulk connect form, and submit. One request accepts up to 200 mailboxes and connects them several at a time. Each mailbox that connects is enrolled in the inbox warmup schedule: a 21-day ramp that starts at low daily volume and rises on a curve, so a fresh domain is not pushed to full volume on day one.
While the mailboxes warm up, the account manager builds the client's first sequence and imports the target list. Column mapping on import is AI-assisted, which helps when every client sends you a spreadsheet in a different shape. Deliverability checks flag missing SPF, DKIM or DMARC records on the client's domain so you can fix DNS before launch.
What does reporting to a client look like?
Reporting happens per workspace. Campaign analytics show sends, replies and reply rate by campaign, sender and channel, and a leaderboard shows activity per team member. You can export lead and campaign data as CSV and build the client's monthly report from it. See the analytics feature page for the full list of reports.
Pricing works the same way. Each workspace has its own plan, so you choose per client whether the free CRM is enough or whether the volume justifies a paid plan. The pricing page lists the limits of each plan in INR and USD.
What Autocloz does not do here
- No white-label: no custom logo, client domain or branded login.
- No agency-level dashboard that rolls up KPIs across client workspaces; each workspace reports on itself.
- No per-client billing report or invoicing; you invoice clients from your own records.
- No archive-and-restore for workspaces. Export first, then delete.
The pain stack
What teams in this shape stop tolerating once they switch.
Per-seat pricing eats agency margin
When every client team member needs a seat in every tool, licence cost grows with headcount, not with results. Autocloz paid plans include unlimited users, so adding a coordinator to a client workspace does not add a licence.
Mailbox onboarding at scale is slow one at a time
A new client can mean 20 to 30 fresh mailboxes, each needing a warmup ramp. Autocloz connects up to 200 SMTP mailboxes in one bulk request and gives every new mailbox the same 21-day warmup schedule without manual setup.
Switching tools loses the thread
Logging into a different tool per client costs attention. In Autocloz the account manager switches workspace from the sidebar and lands in the same interface, with that client's data only.
What you get on day one
Each capability links to its dedicated feature page if you want to drill in.
Per-workspace isolation
Mailboxes, numbers, sequences, leads and deals belong to one workspace, and every query is filtered by it.
Workspace switcher
Members of several workspaces switch between them from the top of the sidebar without signing out.
Bulk mailbox connect
Paste up to 200 SMTP credentials in one request; they are connected several at a time and each gets a warmup ramp.
Roles and teams
Custom roles and teams inside each workspace control who can see and send what.
See the featurePer-workspace plans
Each workspace carries its own plan, so a small client can stay on the free CRM while a large one pays for volume.

Frequently asked
Is there a white-label option?
▾
No. Autocloz does not offer white-label branding or custom client domains today. Clients who log in see Autocloz.
Can my AMs work across several client workspaces?
▾
Yes. A user who is a member of several workspaces switches between them from the sidebar. There is no combined cross-client dashboard; each workspace reports on its own data.
What happens if a client churns?
▾
Export the data you need as CSV from each module (leads, campaigns, deals), then delete the workspace or leave it on the free plan. There is no archive-and-restore state.
Ready for the lead-gen playbook?
