Autocloz vs Surfe

A browser extension that pushes LinkedIn contacts and conversations into your CRM and enriches them with contact details.

Surfe exists because the CRM and LinkedIn are separate systems. Autocloz removes the gap it bridges: LinkedIn is a native channel, so nothing needs syncing.

Frequently asked

Is Autocloz a Surfe alternative?

It removes the problem rather than solving it: if LinkedIn activity is created inside the CRM, there is nothing to sync into it. Teams committed to Salesforce or HubSpot as the system of record still need a bridge — that is Surfe's ground, not ours.

What does Surfe genuinely do better?

Meeting teams where they are. Most companies are not going to replace Salesforce, and a well-built bridge that enriches and logs LinkedIn activity into an existing CRM is exactly the pragmatic answer for them.

What breaks in a sync-based setup?

Ordering and completeness. A synced record shows that a LinkedIn message happened, but the sequence logic still lives in another tool, so a reply on LinkedIn does not necessarily pause the email cadence. When both live in one system, one pause-on-reply rule covers every channel.

Can I still keep my main CRM?

Yes. Run Autocloz as the outbound engine and export or push outcomes to the system of record via CSV or the API.
