    Create or use your DIDLogic account

    Autocloz never resells telephony — you keep a direct DIDLogic account and a provisioned number for outbound caller ID.

    Paste your credentials in Settings

    Open Settings → Channels → Call, choose DIDLogic, and paste the API credentials from your carrier dashboard. Connections are scoped to your workspace only.

    Verify with a test call

    Place a quick test call from the dialer to confirm audio and caller ID, then set this carrier as the default for the Call channel.

    Start calling leads

    Open any lead and hit call — every attempt logs a CDR, and recordings (where supported) attach to the timeline automatically.
