Autocloz + Elastic Email

Elastic Email connects as a sending mailbox for the Email channel. You authorise your own Elastic Email account — over OAuth where supported, or SMTP/IMAP credentials otherwise — and Autocloz sends through it and pulls replies back into the unified inbox. Sending reputation stays on your own Elastic Email infrastructure.

What you can do with Elastic Email

Elastic Email plugs into the Email stack — connect via oauth or smtp/imap, scoped to your workspace.

Send from your mailbox

Outbound email goes through your own connected account, so replies land in your real inbox and your sending reputation stays yours.

Replies in the unified inbox

IMAP (or the provider API) syncs replies back into Autocloz so the whole thread lives next to the lead, not split across tools.

Bulk mailbox onboarding

Connect many mailboxes through the wizard so a team can rotate sends across accounts without configuring each one by hand.

How to connect Elastic Email

Connect via OAuth or SMTP/IMAP — you keep control of the account, the spend and the data boundary.

  1. 1

Have your Elastic Email account ready

Elastic Email is the mailbox you send from — bring an account you control. Autocloz does not host the mailbox; sending reputation stays on your infrastructure.

  2. 2

    Connect over OAuth or SMTP/IMAP

In Settings → Channels → Email, add Elastic Email. Use OAuth where the provider supports it, otherwise paste SMTP/IMAP host, port and credentials.

  3. 3

    Confirm send + reply sync

Send a test email and reply to it — confirm the outbound lands and the reply appears back in the unified inbox against the lead.

  4. 4

    Warm up and start sequencing

Let new mailboxes warm before high volume, then enroll leads. Deliverability tooling (SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks, warmup) keeps sends healthy.

Part of the Email stack

Elastic Email is one of the providers behind the Email channel. All mailboxes share the same sequencing, unified inbox, and deliverability tooling regardless of provider.

Frequently asked

How does Autocloz connect to Elastic Email?

You connect your own Elastic Email account — over OAuth where supported, or with SMTP/IMAP credentials otherwise. Autocloz sends through your mailbox and syncs replies back into the unified inbox.

Do replies come back into Autocloz?

Yes. Replies sync back via IMAP or the provider API and appear in the unified inbox next to the lead, so the whole conversation stays in one place.

Will sending through Autocloz affect my reputation?

Email goes out through your own Elastic Email mailbox, so reputation stays on your infrastructure. Built-in SPF/DKIM/DMARC checks and warmup help keep deliverability healthy.

Can I connect more than one mailbox?

Yes. The bulk wizard onboards many mailboxes at once so a team can rotate sends across accounts without configuring each one by hand.
