Delete your data.

Three ways to have everything Bloom holds about you erased — including one that needs no Bloom login at all — and exactly what each removes.

1. From inside Bloom

If you can still sign in, this removes the most and takes about a minute:

  • Sign in and open Accounts.
  • Find the connection you want gone — the Facebook Page, Instagram account or Threads profile — and choose Disconnect. The stored access token is deleted immediately, along with the engagement Bloom cached for that account.
  • To remove everything rather than one connection, open Settings and choose Delete workspace. That erases your brands, posts, drafts, uploaded media, analytics, leads and every connected account.

2. From your Facebook settings

You do not need a Bloom login for this, and it works even if you have forgotten you had an account:

  • On Facebook, open Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites.
  • Find Bloom in the list and choose Remove.
  • Tick “Also delete posts, videos or events Bloom posted on your behalf” if you want those removed from Facebook too, then confirm.

Facebook then sends Bloom a signed deletion request. Bloom deletes every connection linked to your Meta account — the access tokens, the Page and account ids, and the engagement data cached for them — and returns a confirmation code. Facebook shows you that code and a link where you can check what happened.

3. By email

Write to privacy@autocloz.com from the address on your account, or naming the Page or profile that was connected. You will get a confirmation code back, and the deletion is carried out within 30 days — usually the same day.

What is deleted, and what is not

Deleted:

  • Access tokens and every other credential for the connected account — erased, not archived.
  • The Page, account and profile ids, and the app-scoped Meta user id.
  • Engagement and analytics Bloom cached for those accounts.

Not deleted:

  • Posts already published on Facebook, Instagram or Threads. Those live on Meta and only you can remove them there — ticking the box in step 2 asks Facebook to do it.
  • Your own drafts and content library, unless you also delete the workspace. That is content you wrote, not data Bloom obtained from Meta.
  • The deletion record itself — a confirmation code, a date and an outcome — kept so you can check what happened.

If Facebook or an email gave you a confirmation code, look it up in Bloom. The status page explains in plain language what was deleted — including the honest answer when nothing in Bloom was linked to that account.

The two callbacks verify Meta’s signed_request against the app secret before acting, so an unsigned or forged request is refused and nothing is deleted. What Bloom holds, and why, is set out in the Privacy Policy.
