1. The agreement
This is an agreement between you (or the organisation you represent) and Gigde (operating Autocloz and Bloom), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, who operates Bloom. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.
2. What Bloom does
Bloom plans, schedules and publishes content to the social accounts you connect, and reports how those posts performed. Bloom acts on your instructions and publishes as the accounts you have authorised — it is a tool you operate, not a publisher in its own right.
Bloom depends on third-party networks. Those networks change their APIs, rate limits and rules without asking, and a publish can fail for reasons entirely outside Bloom’s control. Bloom will tell you when that happens; it cannot promise it will not.
3. Your account
- Give accurate sign-up details and keep your password to yourself.
- You are responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do with the access you grant them.
- Connect only accounts you own or are authorised to manage. Connecting someone else’s account without permission breaches these terms and, generally, the network’s terms too.
- Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
4. Your content
Your content stays yours. You grant us the limited licence needed to host it, process it and publish it to the accounts you have connected — that licence exists only to run the service and ends when you delete the content or your account.
You are responsible for having the rights to everything you publish through Bloom.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Bloom to:
- break the rules of any connected network, including Meta’s Community Standards and Platform Terms;
- send spam, run engagement farms, operate fake or impersonating accounts, or artificially inflate any metric;
- publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or infringing content, or content that endangers anyone;
- scrape, resell or redistribute data obtained through a connected network’s API, or use it for anything other than operating your own accounts;
- probe, overload or interfere with the service, or attempt to reach another customer’s workspace.
Accounts used this way can be suspended without notice where the conduct is ongoing or harmful.
6. Connected networks
Each network you connect has its own terms, and they apply to you directly. We do not control them and are not responsible for their decisions — including a network restricting, rate-limiting or removing your account or your posts. Revoking Bloom’s access on the network at any time is your right and takes effect immediately.
7. Availability
Bloom is provided as-is, with no promise of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, upstream outages and network failures happen. Where a paid plan carries a service level, that plan’s terms sit alongside these and win where they conflict.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, for lost profits, or for lost data or reach arising from a network’s own actions. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
9. Ending the agreement
You may stop using Bloom at any time and delete your data — see Data Deletion. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, or on reasonable notice if the service is discontinued. Deleting your account removes your content and disconnects your accounts; it does not remove posts already published on a network, which you control there.
10. Changes
These terms can change. Material changes are announced in the product before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Continuing to use Bloom after a change means accepting it.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have jurisdiction — without depriving you of any protection you have under the mandatory law of the country where you live.
