Create or use your Vonage account
Autocloz never resells telephony — you keep a direct Vonage account and a provisioned number for outbound caller ID.

Paste your credentials in Settings
Open Settings → Channels → Call, choose Vonage, and paste the API credentials from your carrier dashboard. Connections are scoped to your workspace only.

Verify with a test call
Place a quick test call from the dialer to confirm audio and caller ID, then set this carrier as the default for the Call channel.

Open any lead and hit call — every attempt logs a CDR, and recordings (where supported) attach to the timeline automatically.
