Autocloz + MSG91
MSG91 connects to Autocloz as the carrier behind the native browser dialer. You bring your own MSG91 account and credentials; Autocloz places and receives calls through it, logs every call as a CDR on the lead timeline, and stores recordings where the carrier supports them. There is no resold minutes markup — you pay MSG91 directly for telephony.
What you can do with MSG91
MSG91 plugs into the Call stack — bring your own carrier account, scoped to your workspace.
Dial from the browser
Place outbound calls straight from a lead or the dialer using your carrier — no separate softphone app to keep open.
Recordings on the timeline
Where the carrier exposes recordings, Autocloz imports and links them to the call so you can replay context before the next touch.
CDR + outcome logging
Every call writes a call-detail record with duration and outcome to the lead history, feeding your activity reports and follow-up tasks.
How to connect MSG91
Bring your own carrier account — you keep control of the account, the spend and the data boundary.
- 1
Create or use your MSG91 account
Autocloz never resells telephony — you keep a direct MSG91 account and a provisioned number for outbound caller ID.
- 2
Paste your credentials in Settings
Open Settings → Channels → Call, choose MSG91, and paste the API credentials from your carrier dashboard. Connections are scoped to your workspace only.
- 3
Verify with a test call
Place a quick test call from the dialer to confirm audio and caller ID, then set this carrier as the default for the Call channel.
- 4
Start calling leads
Open any lead and hit call — every attempt logs a CDR, and recordings (where supported) attach to the timeline automatically.
Part of the Call stack
MSG91 is one of several carriers you can run behind the Call channel. They share the same dialer, CDR logging, recordings UI and compliance gates.

Do I need a separate MSG91 account to use it with Autocloz?
Yes. MSG91 is a bring-your-own-carrier integration — you sign up with MSG91 directly, provision a number, and paste the credentials into Autocloz. You pay MSG91 for telephony; Autocloz adds no minutes markup.
Does Autocloz record calls made through MSG91?
Recordings are supported where MSG91 exposes them. When available, Autocloz imports the recording and links it to the call on the lead timeline so you can replay it later.
Are calls logged against the lead?
Yes. Every call writes a call-detail record — number, duration and outcome — to the lead history, which feeds activity reports and your next-step tasks.
Can I switch carriers later without losing history?
Yes. Carriers are configured per workspace under the Call channel, so you can change or add a carrier at any time. Past CDRs and recordings stay on the leads they belong to.
